• Address Changes: If you need to modify your delivery address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a shipment has been handed over to our courier partner, we cannot redirect it mid-transit.

• Delayed Shipments: Occasionally, external factors like severe weather, public holidays, or regional logistics delays can affect delivery times. If your order exceeds our regular 5–7 day or custom 14-day window, our support team will actively track it for you.
