Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Biofit Fibers, we want you to experience the ultimate comfort and quality. We understand that choosing the perfect mattress is a personal journey, which is why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure you shop with absolute confidence.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and full refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Trial Period: Returns must be initiated within [Insert Trial Period, e.g., 30 Days / 100 Nights] from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The mattress must be free from any accidental damage, tears, stains, odors, or deep soils. We recommend keeping a mattress protector on during your trial period.

2. The Return Process
1.Initiate Your Request:Step 1.

Send an email to our support team at support@biofitfibers.com with your order ID, contact details, and a brief description of why you want to return the mattress. Please attach 2–3 clear photos showing the current condition of the mattress.

2.Verification & Approval:Step 2.

Our team will review your request and photos within 2–3 business days. Once verified and approved for pickup, we will email you a confirmation notice.

3.Complimentary Pickup:Step 3.

We will arrange for a logistics partner to pick up the mattress directly from your delivery address at no extra cost to you. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time to hand over the product.

4.Quality Inspection:Step 4.

Once the mattress arrives back at our facility, our team will conduct a final quality inspection to verify that it meets our return condition guidelines.

3. Refunds
  • Timeline: Once your return passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed automatically within [Insert Timeline, e.g., 5–7 business days].

  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Digital Wallet). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will reach out to securely collect your bank account details for a direct transfer.

  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. You will need to accept the delivery and then initiate a standard return request with our team.

⚠️ Important Note on Comfort Adjustment:

It typically takes the human body around 2 to 3 weeks to adjust to a new, structurally supportive mattress. If you are experiencing initial differences in feel, we highly encourage sleeping on your new Biofit Fibers mattress for at least 14 nights to let the premium foam layers adapt perfectly to your sleep posture.
